Holiday rentals with a patio in Albert Town

Very clean, quiet and cosy. Well appointed and comfortable. Julie is very helpful and friendly.

Lots of space in the place. Quiet side of town. We had some lovely walks from the place. The scones Edgewater were amazing! Wanaka is a beautiful town.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Set up and layout was wonderful and full kitchen set up was perfect. Loved the location, and ease of proximity to town. Despite the weather we loved the views and sitting on the deck with a wine in hand. The only downside was the wifi accessibility and often at times poor mobile reception. Not sure if location the cause, but partner and I both had trouble with our respective providers receiving the wifi signal. Otherwise a lovely place to stay, and would recommend to others.

Impeccable apartment. Utmost cleanliness. Well thought out amenities providing everything one could need. An oblique view of the spectacular lake from the bedroom Lovely to wake up to. Walkable to town while a little away from the other stay places. A very beautiful location. All in all a marvellous stay.

这里离瓦纳卡湖非常近，步行10分钟左右就能到达。离市中心的超市也很方便。房子周围环境非常好，庭院前几棵漂亮的树，秋天色彩非常丰富。房间很干净，起居室与卧室有分隔门，动静区分很好。从每个房间的窗户看出去都是一幅油画般的景色。房东很热情，我们到达时已经比较晚了，但请房东提供额外的用餐时非常快地就给了反馈。对于在当地旅行的一些疑问也给了很快的答复。房东还提供了晾衣架，对于住几天的我们非常方便。非常值得推荐。

Was a great place to stay easy to get to from town and nice size for 4 of us

We had a great stay at Victorias place over Easter Weekend while we were up from Southland for Wheels at Wanaka. The property was very clean, tidy & as described/displayed in the pictures. We were really pleasantly surprised at how quiet the property was! I was worried that with it being a ground floor unit that we might experience noise from the house on top, but we barely heard a peep! The property is also situated in a really quiet area, in a cul de sac near the base of Mt Iron, so there was also zero traffic noise - fantastic for us country folk who are used to the quiet life! Victoria was great on the communication front & very obliging with extra requests we made. Thanks for a great weekend!

Cosy and comfortable crib-style house that suited our family of five very well. Good value for money considering the prices in Wanaka these days. Would happily use again.

The most beautiful home to make some memories in! Location is perfect and so good for swims and walks along the waterfront. We didn’t want to leave!

As a party of three adults, this place was great for us! Lovely, new and modern - everything was super clean, neat and nicely appointed. Everything was comfortable and easy to use, and while the property is in a townhouse estate of sorts, it is very quiet and private. Parking is right by the townhouse and easy to find. Having the supermarket, tavern and patisserie in the same precinct was super convenient (and tasty!). Check in and general instructions we clear and easy to follow. Would 1000% rebook should we find ourselves in Wanaka again :)

We had a wonderful family getaway the home accommodated eight guests very comfortably with all the facilities required to make you feel like you were at home. Very quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to Arrowtown and all facilities to really enjoy Queenstown and its surroundings. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay.

Great place - I would highly recommend Natalia's place to anyone wanting accommodation in Hāwea. The property was modern very clean and tidy and had all the ammenities we required.

We had a great time at Sue’s. amazing location, lovely home. Loved the spa pool. She was also very accomodating on check in times which was appreciated with a 7 month old!

This place is gorgeous! From the shortbread cookies and fresh flowers on arrival to the fact that there are bath toys and other toys for kids, every detail was covered. We loved being able to get to the path along the lake quickly from here and went on morning runs, walks and bike rides there! Our favourite place thus far.

Jo's apartment was very cosy and beautiful, we loved it, supermarket and restaurant just a stone away. The bedrooms are upstairs, so need to carry your luggages up. Overall, we loved the place.

Beautiful, clean and well presented house close to Cadrona ski/mtb access, between Wanaka and Queenstown. My family and I had a delightful stay here, thank you so much.

너무 이쁘고 아늑한 숙소였어요 2박머무는동안 주방도 있어 음식도 해먹었고 침대도 편안하니 좋았습니다~! 와나카와도 가깝고 밤에는 별도 보입니다! 그리고 앞에있는 베이커리카페도 추천합니다~!

We could not have loved Wanaka and this condo more! Everything was so clean, located close to the town area, and Alex & Jesper were wonderful hosts! It was 3 days of bliss for us. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay - thank you for having us. Accomodation was clean & tidy. Bed was very comfortable and linen was fresh. Heat pump was great for the cooler nights. Portacot was available for baby. Close to Arrowtown town centre (walking distance).
