Siamo alle porte del centro, in una via tranquilla e strategica che che vi permette di arrivare sotto casa con la macchina senza bisogno di permessi. Siamo al piano rialzato all'interno di una villa storica e forniamo colazione. Animali benvenuti :)

Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
