The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-burning oven and next to the ancient press for pressing grapes. The village is located at a height of about 500 meters at the entrance of the Valle Vigezzo, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, facing the Moncucco and Domobianca.

In the chalet everything works with electricity; electricity consumption is not included in the price.
