Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Would you like to combine relaxation in the beautiful mountain nature with well-equipped modern vacation apartment? Maybe even work a little in between - no problem thanks to standing desks, office chairs and large screens. The kitchen offers complete equipment with St. Moritz wine glasses, Engadin wooden plates, dishwasher, oven as well as steamer. The house has a bicycle and a ski room as well as a laundry room incl. tumble dryer and Secomat. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

The Apartment is located near Silvaplanasee and it is only a few minutes' walk to the lake and a famous spot for Kite Surfing! The bus station is only 100-200 meters away, so you can easily commute to Sankt Moritz and Corvatsch ski resort. A supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are just 100-200 meters away. The location is simply perfect and you will easily reach many beautiful places Silvaplana can offer.

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.
