Cozy Cottage in the heart of the Swiss Alps

Bei unserer wunderschönen, liebevoll gepflegten und gemütlichen Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein Haus auf zwei Stockwerken in den Bergen von Graubünden. Das Haus liegt nahe des Ferienortes Savognin am Hang der Gemeinde SURSES / Tinizong-Rona. Das Bergdorf selbst heisst CASTELAS. Das Haus wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett saniert und bietet nebst dem modernen Standard eine atemberaubende Aussicht und viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Saison beginnt im Mai und dauert bis Ende Oktober.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, you can reach directly through the black-marked deep snow run from the Jakobshorn. During spring, summer and autumn awesome for biking. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing lakeside pass past the house. Bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa resort, a tourist tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. Tourist tax will be collected on site at check-in.

This historic building finds mention in the 15th century and is one of the oldest still habitable buildings in the valley. The "Tgesa Ferrera" is the ideal starting-point to spend your vacation in the Swiss Alps. It is located in-between the two renowned ski resorts Davos and Lenzerheide. Spend your day in, in the wooden snuggery next to the cockle stove, or go for a hike, ski or shopping - the bus stops right in front of the house. Schmitten awaits you.

150 m2 large and charming chalet, overlooking the village center, the ski slopes and the valley. It is located on an area of about 1000 m2 on the gold hill of Lenzerheide, 1 km from the village center. In winter, you can reach the Rothorn side directly with the skis via Dieschen Lift. The living and dining areas have large windows that give the impression of the flying over the area. Our chalet is a place of peace, peace, quiet, rest and happiness.

Would you like a break in the midst of nature? Then slow down in the newly renovated Maiensäss with luxurious interior and enjoy the Graubünden mountains. The renovated Maiensäss is located on the alp between Lenzerheide and Lantsch/Lenz. Only a few minutes by car from Lenzerheide, right next to the golf course and the Roland Arena (formerly Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide), you can enjoy a relaxing stay in a stylish atmosphere - including a wonderful view.

Exactly opposite to the house there you will find the bus station from where you can reach the village centre in a few minutes (free of charge).
