It has its own door, private bathroom, living room , big L couch, TV-tray set, TV, Roku with Netflix, cabinet with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a sink. The bedroom has one King bed, a queen size inflatable bed that can be set-up for extra guests, a sofa, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, portable radian heather, portable fan, and a dresser. Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
