Single-family house with three floors where my eldest daughter and I live. The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Room, bathroom, kitchen camper with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee maker. Large patio. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and well connected. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket very close by on foot.

Great opportunity to stay in a central, elegant and newly renovated apartment, where cleanliness, comfort and quality are a priority. Excellent communications, 9 minutes from downtown and 4 minutes from the restaurant and leisure area. Very quiet neighborhood. IMPORTANT!!!!
