Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alcudia beach

Good starting point for excursions throughout the island. The villa is larger than it appears in the photos. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. Communication is a bit difficult if you don't speak Spanish, but works with a translator. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.

Really nice stay at this house in the countryside! It really feels like you are in the farm country, there are farms and sheep nearby. It was a little hard to find but easy once you know where it is.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. A great stay at Antonio's house. Very nice services, beautiful decoration, all the comforts to have a great time. The terrace is lovely. The village is very well located to discover the island by car.

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

Spacious and very cozy accommodation, small inner courtyard not overlooked. Very clean, well-equipped and as described. Little interest in Manacor but ideal location for visiting the island. Pere is responsive and has been accommodating. We recommend it.

We had a great time at Mariano's place. The house is super nice, well arranged and well equipped. It is also well placed to crisscross the island. The enclosed environment is good for the kids. Very slight downside regarding bedding: the mattresses are relatively soft. Taste question… But we still sleep well;-) Thanks to Mariano for hosting. We highly recommend this home and hope to have the opportunity to return!

We had a wonderful time! The old townhouse has an incredible amount of charm, everything was sparkling clean and equipped with a lot of love for detail. You can tell everything has been thought of here. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city. We felt very comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back!

A lovely apartment, in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Plenty of street parking available right outside and so perfect for us to use as a base for us to explore the island.

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

Joana was an amazing host!! Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely come back and stay at Joana’s place. She left us some gifts when we checked in and it was the most thoughtful thing a host has ever done. Her apartment is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even beach towels and after sun for the sun burns. She was also able to accommodate our checkout timing so we are thankful!

Excellent to say the least. Paço was very responsive and understanding. We were able to check out at 11am instead of 10am. Highly recommend this place for a family of 3-4!

A perfect Airbnb holiday experience! 5 adults and a 6 month old had a great time on holiday with this apartment as a base! Location is as good as it gets in Puerto Pollensa! Big area, very well equipped and great communication from the host! Will hopefully be back in future!

A really highly recommended place to stay for a family with infant who is also happy to be active and prefers a quiet and idyllic retreat. The amenities were a perfect fit for us and we felt very comfortable in the family's private environment. Location is very close to the center but still out of the way from Alcudia, so you have a rural feeling. Especially the available toys and trampoline, as well as the sandbox and pedal tractor were worth gold for us. Thank you for this wonderful time at your place, we will be happy to come back!

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

We had a lovely stay of 12 nights at the end of April in 2025 with a family of 9; 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The house was super clean, light and modern. The beds were very comfortabel and the bathrooms all in very good state. The swimming pool is large and ideal since it is a salt bath. Estefania is a very lovely host, she will help you with whatever you need. Perfect holiday!

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. We had a great 12 days with our three children in the finca. We didn't miss anything in terms of amenities, great and quiet location, large and deep pool, pretty outdoor area, comfy beds. Communication with the host was straightforward and very friendly. We would like to come back!

Overall, we had a good time there. The layout of the rooms is great, as is the communication with the landlords and the service staff. What we definitely missed were parasols or awnings. There was virtually no shade in the outdoor area from the afternoon onwards. We helped ourselves with self-made constructions. It would also be nice if the outdoor area was greener and had more plants. The weak WiFi was not dramatic, but a little annoying.

We had wonderful stay in Jaime's house for almost 2 weeks in early September 2024. The house has well equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor sitting space and lovely and immaculately maintained swimming pool. We loved and will miss our breakfasts at the terrace surrounded by mountains and tree's canopies. Warm nights allowed us to enjoy outdoor space late into the night. Jaime is a great host. Very attentive and ready to help and to solve any potential problems. Small or big. In terms of small problems we experienced it was ants in the kitchen (not a real problem really), random tripping of fuses which started after a storm and lasted for 2-3 days after and the biggest, difficult parking spot, especially when you rent a bigger car. None of the above really changed the fact that we had a great stay. We highly recommend this peaceful location with a great host to anybody that is looking for similar. There is plenty of things to do and see in this part of island, but car is a must.

The grounds and house are simply outstanding. The grounds are huge, incredibly well presented and thought out in every way, and are adorned with statues and beautiful artworks all with a beautiful themes of Africa and Majorca too. The garden also boasts A hot tub, sauna, and outdoor kitchen complete with woodfired pizza oven, a paella grill, and facilities to host a large gathering/large family event. Our host was exceptional and reacted quickly and promptly to any request/ requirement. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed. Five stars all round!!! Xx
