Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Felanitx home with a view

The finca in Son Prohens offers pure relaxation! It is nestled in rolling hills with views of the mountain San Salvador, a house in nature, but also not too secluded. Porto Colom and Felanitx are close. Very high quality equipment in every detail. Two terraces for evenings together and sunsets. Swim spa and sundeck outside accessible from the terrace by stairs. Wonderful beaches, such as the natural beach Es Trenc, are within easy reach.

'Clavells' beach-side house

Our Clavells apartment is located on the second sea line, just 100 meters from the beach. It has a very large terrace with partial sea and beach views, which make this apartment unique. The Clavells apartment is fully renovated with parquet floors, fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and that of your family. Our apartment is located on the second floor of the 'Clavells' building. We do not have an elevator.

Adults only Small guest house / casita for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.

TRADITION, NATURE AND PEACE. It's a Mallorcan farmhouse that's more than 250 years old. Restored with a lot of love and above all respecting its original essence. It is part of a small village called "Son Calderó" formed by 6 houses, located in a rural area of Felanitx. "Son Valls". It is a great place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.

Our Duplex CANOSTRA is a modern housing, full of light and has breathtaking views over the bay of Alcudia and direct access to the beach.

The house, of modern construction (2010), and with a functional decoration, has a lot of natural lighting, due to its large windows and orientation. It has a nice and large area of terraces and garden, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outside, as well as a barbecue. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.

It is on the top of a hill, overlooking the bay of Alcudia and theTramuntana mountains, away from roads and at the end of a dead end, at 10 minutes to the beaches of Muro, Alcúdia and Can Picafort.
