Very peaceful and sunny, an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its environmental conservation efforts. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.

An outdoor seating area features a wooden table and chairs shaded by a pergola. The setting includes natural stone steps leading to a rustic-style house with large windows. Lush greenery and decorative plants enhance the tranquil atmosphere.
