Completely renovated and carefully decorated, it offers all the necessary comforts for a weekend or a longer stay. Sea view on the horizon from the living room and the master bedroom. Come and discover this home close to Cherbourg city center, the train station and shopping centers. Two bedrooms – one with a 160 cm bed on the ground floor and one with a 180 cm bed upstairs – a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with Netflix TV and Wi-Fi, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower (towels, sheets and tea towels provided). Guests can enjoy a courtyard with wooden deck and possibility to park 2 vehicles. Despite the nearby road, the place is quiet and peaceful.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).
