The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

The house has been fully renovated, it has three bedrooms, one with two single beds. Towels and sheets are not provided; rental possible. Per bed 5 euros and towel for one person: 5 euros. 150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
