Free play in the high-altitude track and cable car. Three or a maximum of four in the cottage, any additional tent guests pay SEK 100/person. Welcome to this simple cottage!

On the property, there is a small guesthouse with 2 beds. Fireplace on the premises where you can bake bread or grill sausages Swimming and fishing in the lake. Rowing boat can be borrowed. Perch and pike are in the lake, no fishing license is needed. Bohusleden, a stone's throw from the cottage. The nature area Svartedalen offers hiking 20 minutes to swimming by the sea.

If you are in the mood for more swimming, Duvesjön is a short walk away or why not go 20 minutes to the salty sea for a swim. Lysegården's golf course is next door as well as Svartedalen's nature reserve.

The accommodation is also good for remote work or just want to relax in the Swedish countryside Half an hour to Gothenburg. Wellcome to our sunny, spacious home 5 min. walk from clear water lakes and a lovely sandy beach, as well as vast forest and beautiful hikes just outside our doorstep. The house has a big old, secluded garden with no insight where you can enjoy the sun from early morning to sunset with several terraces and a big roof balcony. Apart from nature all around, our rural village is reknown for the mix of authentic charm and modern commodities. All photos you see are max 10 min walk from the house.

Close to the mushroom forest and hiking trails. There is a swimming lake about 800 meters away. Three bicycles are available and a kayak to borrow. Jacuzzi is available on the terrace which is heated all year round. Access to sauna. Silence and tranquility that you won't find in the big cities. 10 minutes to the nearest city center, Älvängen. 5 minutes to the nearest small store. 40 minutes to Gothenburg. 700 meters to the nearest bus stop. Guests have access to the whole house.
