Located in Santa Maria di Lota, at the beginning of Cap Corse, 900 m from Miomo Beach and 700 m from a cove with access via a pedestrian path, the totally independent accommodation (attached to our villa) is composed of 2 rooms: a sea view bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room/kitchen with dining area. Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

Le salon est équipé d'un canapé convertible. Le logement peut accueillir 4 personnes. Possibilité de mettre à disposition une chaise haute. Terrasse privative d'environ 15m2. Take a break and relax in this studio on the ground floor of our character house in the village of Linguizzetta, 380 meters above sea level and 12 km from the beaches (20 minutes by car). Beautiful mountain and plain views. 24 m2 studio comprising a bedroom with two armchairs, a separate kitchen and a shower room. Duplex with a window to the north that allows for natural air conditioning. Outside, there's a porch with a table and garden with armchairs.
