Nice beatiful apartment. 30sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Lingås gard ligg med perfekt utgangspunkt nært fleire populære turistmål og turdestinasjonar, midt mellom Trollstigen og Geirangerfjorden. Storslått utsikt og naturopplevingar i heile området. Koselig eldre laftet tømmerhytte på gårdstun leies ut. Grei standard. Komplett med kjøkkenutstyr. Lite bad med wc, vask, dusjkabinett og vaskemaskin. Hytta har dobbeltseng på soverom, og køyeseng i sovealkove. Kort vei til Molde sentrum, ca. 15 km og ca. 40 km til Åndalsnes. Liten nærbutikk og busstopp ca 150 meter fra hytta.
