Fantastic view from sitting area outside apartment! Patly also with roofing and heating - heat lamp for colder or rainy days. Perfect for breakfast and relax in the evening with a view even with not the best weather. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one bathroom. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

This seaside property is one of the few homes located directly by the water in this region. It offers a perfect setting for relaxation and for taking in the stunning views, while also serving as an ideal base for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, or fishing in the fjord or nearby river. Med to soverom og ett bad er den ideell for familier, par eller en liten gruppe venner som søker en koselig plass å bo. Hjemme mitt ligger i et rolig nabolag, og ønsker at våre gjester skal bidra til å opprettholde denne atmosfæren. Derfor ber vi om at gjestene er rolige og respekterer våre naboer ved ikke å lage støy eller uro :) Røyking ikke tillatt.

Dette er gratis før klokken åtte på morningen og etter klokken fire på ettermiddagen, samt lørdag og søndag. Dagligvarebutikk fire minutter å gå. Busstopp ett minutt å gå.

Ett soverom med dobbelseng, og stor sovesofa på hems/TV-stuen. Flislagt bad ved soverom. Underetasjen med dobbel port, utsyn over fjorden, og med eget toalett/vaskerom og kjøleskap/frys.

Fantastic place to stay and relax. Beautiful view of the fjord and mountains. The apartment is located on the sunny slope of Aksla mountain, in a quiet area, with access to the garden, close to the forest, 15 minutes to Fjellstua viewpoint, 20 minutes from the city center. Fully equipped kitchen. New and clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer. It is possible to add a cot and a baby chair for a child upon agreement with the owner. Free parking on the street.

En god base for dagsturer i området slik at ferien blir en rekreasjon. Nærområdet har flotte naturopplevelser å by på.

Leiligheten tilhører en del av vår unike by-villa, med separat inngang. Vi er et voksent par som bor her, noe som gjør utleiedelen til en fredelig leilighet med en rolig atomsfære. Leiligheten er fin både for enslige, samt opptil 2 par.
