It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.
