Main bedroom with Queen bed on the mezzanine floor. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Access to both bedrooms is up stairs. The open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor seamlessly connect to a private deck, enveloped by a beautiful garden. Accessing the property is a breeze, parking next to property.

The West Wing

Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life . Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . Suitable for wheelchair users . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

Snells Beach is a flat beach with changing views as the tide ebbs and flows. This modern ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. Nearby are a multitude of attractions eg cafes, restaurants, sculpture parks, wineries of the Matakana Coast and beautiful coastal areas to explore. Sorry preschoolers/infants not accepted.
