CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Ven a conocernos: increíbles vistas, arte y cultura. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la gente, el ambiente, el barrio, y las zonas exteriores. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, y viajeros independientes. Magic and bohemian quartier. Estupenda ubicación, a 5 min. city-center, teterías, baños árabes, zambra, restaurantes y tiendas. Rodeado de naturaleza, peatonal, tranquilo y silencioso, pero vivo y auténtico. Podrás pasear y sentir sorprendentes rumores y aromas milenarios.

Independent suite in Granada heart

Habitación tipo suite, con baño completo dentro de la habitación, recién reformada. Mi hijo Leo se ha independizado y actualmente vivo con mi hija Belinda y aprovechamos para alquilar su habitación. En el centro de Granada, en un barrio que a pesar de estar a 5 minutos de la Catedral, no es turístico, es residencial, por lo que disponemos de todos los servicios necesarios. Zona peatonal, aunque se puede acceder con el coche para descargar, hay parking de pago alrededor. Sin ascensor, piso 1.

Room with shared kitchen, lounge and terrace

The room is one of 3 climatised rooms that we rent out. The rural house is located on the outskirts of the Andalusian town of Güéjar Sierra. You are a 10 minute walk from the main square with lots of bars. Sierra Nevada is 5 minutes away for walking. The ski slopes are a 20 minute drive away, as is Granada. The beach is one hour from the house. From the terrace you have a view of the reservoir and above it a spectacular sunset. From June to September we place a jacuzzi.

Relax in the charming Lecrin Valley. Just 20 minutes south from historic Granada and the Alhambra or 30 minutes north of the beaches of the Costa Tropical. Buses run in both directions or head east further into the hills of the Alpujarra. Take it easy in the hills of Andalucia where tapas are free and the locals are friendly. Beautiful walks from the front door through pueblos blanco stopping at local bars and stylish restaurants.
