Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice home with room for fun and games. There are 4 rooms (one without a bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with a trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, family room, living room. everything is in good condition and well furnished. However, the floor creaks a little and the doors stick, as it is not a new house. But it is nice and pleasant to be here. You get the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here myself with my two children. There will therefore be private things in the home.

Vennelygaard - attractive vacation home in beautiful nature

The holiday home is located between Ganløse and Farum. It is a 30-minute drive to the center of Copenhagen, and in the immediate vicinity of North Zealand's many attractions. The holiday home is 160 m2 and equipped with lovely kitchen, shower/toilet TV, WI-FI (fiber network). Vennelygaard's holiday home is located in North Zealand's most beautiful nature by Bastrup Lake in the middle of Naturpark Mølleåen. The area is very hilly and suitable for nature experiences both walking and by bike. Around the holiday home, deer and other wild animals are often seen.

Newly renovated wing on a 4-wing country estate. (Discontinued agriculture) There is a private entrance where you can stay without being disturbed by the landlord. It is located 6 km from Hillerød city center and 2 km from Allerød station, with a bus stop 100 meters from the home. And nice parking on the property. View over fields or the garden. There is a charming atmosphere on the farm. Pure "Morten Korch" style. Located on a road with a 50 km speed limit. Moderate traffic in the morning and evening. Due to good insulation, you do not notice the traffic.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. It has high ceilings, lots of light, and an excellent view. Stay well with a lovely double bed in the loft and nice kitchen and living room out in one - like in a real "New Yorker" apartment. Nice bathroom with everything you need and a unique raw kitchen. What I love most about my apartment is that it's warm and full of light. No one can peek in, so you can walk around as you want. And it's so cozy to sleep in the loft. Welcome to our cozy wooden hut, built from recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cottage overlooks the fields, is insulated, has electricity, heating, a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that becomes a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Optional extras: Breakfast (175 kr/2 pers.) - wilderness bath (350 kr) or one of our 2 outdoor 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ children, 200 kr/ adults). Calendar opens continuously!

This is a place to relax and explore the forest next door, biking, trekking and picking berries, resting by a fireplace and back for a garden BBQ in the evening sun. No traffic noise at all.
