This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

Studio 'La Meuse', in a new building

Very nice studio on the 3rd floor of a new building located along the city walls. You will have a living room with a small kitchen, a large bedroom next to the bathroom and a pleasant terrace. Access to the laundry room (washer and dryer) and a parking space on the ground floor of the building are possible for a small fee. You will be a 10 minute walk from the hyper-centre and very close to the train station, bus and highway!
