This national monument has been restored in the style and materials of 1837. The authentic interior is half-timbered and finished with clay. Shops are in walking distance. Drielandenpunt 2 km. Apartment on the 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

An elevator is not provided. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport links and shops are within walking distance.
