Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

La maison offre une tranquillité totale, tout en restant proche de tout grâce à sa proximité des axes principaux : à 10 minutes du lac de Serre-Ponçon et de la station de ski St-Jean Montclar, supermarché à 15minutes

Bienvenue dans notre petit chalet de 55m2 authentique en pierre et bois "type refuge" sur terrain de 5000m2 situé à Colmars-les-Alpes. Parfait pour les familles, les couples ou les groupes qui souhaitent se ressourcer. Poêle à bois dans la pièce principale (le bois est fourni). Le chalet est en bordure de route avec une place de parking, deuxième place possible. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni. Eau non potable. Pensez à vos chaussons pour mettre vos pieds bien aux chaud 😉.
