La Chaumière /Entire house formula

"La Chaumière" may be rented from May to October. The house is located at an altitude of 1250 m and was built with noble material (larch wood from the region). This charming villa has been a holiday home since its construction in 1906. The decor reflects the bourgeois atmosphere of the 1920s-30s; however, all modern amenities are available. Both rustic and romantic, the place is ideal for nature and mountain lovers! The studios can be rented independently from the rest of the house.

Bienvenue dans notre petit chalet de 55m2 authentique en pierre et bois "type refuge" sur terrain de 5000m2 situé à Colmars-les-Alpes. Parfait pour les familles, les couples ou les groupes qui souhaitent se ressourcer. Poêle à bois dans la pièce principale (le bois est fourni). Le chalet est en bordure de route avec une place de parking, deuxième place possible. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni. Eau non potable. Pensez à vos chaussons pour mettre vos pieds bien aux chaud 😉.

Accessible PMR, our cottage located in the heart of nature will allow you to take a breath of well-deserved fresh air! Located at the gates of Mercantour Park, you will have access to many hikes such as the GR52, ski resorts as well as beautiful forests nearby. The area is full of great places to discover for families or groups of friends. For your pleasure, pets are allowed at no extra charge! You'll even have access to a free dog working lot.

The Little House on the Prairie, Estenc

Small farmhouse in the mountains, south-facing, ideal for hiking and walking, in the Mercantour: lakes, rivers, pastures... Old house restored in authentic style and decorated shabby-farmhouse. A living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with toilet, a living room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom, a shower room, but above all a large green garden on the ground floor. View of the mountains, quiet and not overlooked.

Close to ski resorts and water activities: Lake Serre Ponçon (8 min), Embrun lake. Ideal for mountain biking, hiking, mountain sports

Comfort GITE**, independent garden

Small accommodation (classified ** for 4 people by the Gîtes de France) close to the village (700 m); 300 m from the Verdon and 18 km from Allos (Seignus and La Foux ski resorts, Espace Lumière). Close to Mercantour National Park. You must bring your own sheets and towels. You can also, upon request in advance, rent them, at a rate of €5.00 per bed with towels per person. (regardless of the length of the stay)

The Valboyere Farm

Located in a quiet farmhouse, 5 minutes' walk from the Verdon, in the Val d'Allos. 60 m² apartment with two large bedrooms and all the necessary comforts for a holiday in a warm atmosphere. Many hiking trails are accessible directly from the property. 4 minutes by car from La Foux d'Allos and less than 8 minutes by car from Seignus! Linens are not provided. The accommodation must be left clean upon checkout.

"La Muse" Lodge 

Small 60 m2 chalet located in the very pretty hamlet of Lans at an altitude of 1500 in the heart of nature surrounded by meadows. 7 min drive to Jausiers, the lake and 15 min to Barcelonnette. Numerous hiking departures. 20 minutes from the resort of Sainte-Anne and Sauze and 35 minutes from Praloup. It consists of a living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower

Charming Studio Chalet

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Close to the Valberg Ski Resort (12 km) and only a 3-minute walk from the center of the village of Guillaumes, where you will find many shops, this nice chalet studio is made for you!
