The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

The Ubaye River is a 5-minute walk (rafting). Hiking departure at 3 minutes. Golf, Horseback riding, Karting, Mountain biking, Tree climbing, Markets, Dining, Shops 10 minutes.

Vous aurez même accès à un terrain de travail canin gratuitement.

"La Chaumière" may be rented from May to October. The house is located at an altitude of 1250 m and was built with noble material (larch wood from the region). This charming villa has been a holiday home since its construction in 1906. The decor reflects the bourgeois atmosphere of the 1920s-30s; however, all modern amenities are available. Both rustic and romantic, the place is ideal for nature and mountain lovers! The studios can be rented independently from the rest of the house.

Refuge-style chalet • Mountain view

Bienvenue dans notre petit chalet de 55m2 authentique en pierre et bois "type refuge" sur terrain de 5000m2 situé à Colmars-les-Alpes. Parfait pour les familles, les couples ou les groupes qui souhaitent se ressourcer. Poêle à bois dans la pièce principale (le bois est fourni). Le chalet est en bordure de route avec une place de parking, deuxième place possible. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni. Eau non potable. Pensez à vos chaussons pour mettre vos pieds bien aux chaud 😉.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. 90 m2 chalet made entirely of wood, facing south.  It has a beautiful view of the mountain to the east and a beautiful view to the south. A large terrace is located on the south side of the chalet with dining table, deckchairs and umbrella. It is located in a quiet area, not overlooked.  Close to Seignus and Foux d'Allos ski resorts.  Pedestrian trails from the chalet.

The Little House on the Prairie, Estenc

Small farmhouse in the mountains, south-facing, ideal for hiking and walking, in the Mercantour: lakes, rivers, pastures... Old house restored in authentic style and decorated shabby-farmhouse.
