Bienvenue dans notre petit chalet de 55m2 authentique en pierre et bois "type refuge" sur terrain de 5000m2 situé à Colmars-les-Alpes. Parfait pour les familles, les couples ou les groupes qui souhaitent se ressourcer. Poêle à bois dans la pièce principale (le bois est fourni). Le chalet est en bordure de route avec une place de parking, deuxième place possible. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni. Eau non potable. Pensez à vos chaussons pour mettre vos pieds bien aux chaud 😉.

Located at the gates of Mercantour Park, you will have access to many hikes such as the GR52, ski resorts as well as beautiful forests nearby. The area is full of great places to discover for families or groups of friends. For your pleasure, pets are allowed at no extra charge! You'll even have access to a free dog working lot.

Many hiking trails are accessible directly from the property. 4 minutes by car from La Foux d'Allos and less than 8 minutes by car from Seignus! Linens are not provided. The accommodation must be left clean upon checkout.
