Rental of a 21 m² studio located in Le Seignus d'Allos, close to the resort's shops and just a short walk from the slopes. The flat has a balcony with an unobstructed view and free parking. The studio can accommodate 4 people and includes a double bed (140 x 190), a separate alcove with bunk beds, a TV, storage space, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and a small storage unit. Our accommodation is located 20–30 metres from the end of a ski run and 100 metres from the snow line.

We expect you to take care of the place and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.

Very pleasant studio of approximately 20 m² with a balcony overlooking the mountains, a secure ski locker and private outdoor parking. It is ideally located because quiet and family neighborhood while being 5 min from the center of the resort on foot and 20m from the Labrau chairlift and caisses as well as renters and shops. There is a floor to access the Building of the home which is itself on the 1st floor. The residence has two private car parks at the foot of the building.
