Moulin XVIII, "the whole estate just for you"

An 18th-century mill with a head race on the banks of the Aron, set in a green setting at the edge of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Fully enclosed estate, swimming pool (heated in summer). We offer our house with all the facilities and features it includes, both inside and outside (BBQ, sun loungers, table tennis table, pétanque balls, etc.). Therefore, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will have the place to yourself. There are no neighbours, so no one will be overlooking you.

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover gîte. Total comfort is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building near the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructures of the stopover lodge can be used. Breakfast is available for €11/person and can be booked upon arrival.

Chaumes de Villeneuve "The Chalet"

Located a few km from Châtillon en Bazois, in the centre of France, only 3 hours from Paris, the "Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve" is located in the middle of a large garden and surrounded by hundred-year-old oaks, all a few steps from the Nivernais Canal. Its unique character and the calm of the place will offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the Nièvre, in the Bazois, with views of the Morvan. Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy within 10 mins.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 hectare of land, a pond (very often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults, as it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. Respect for the tranquillity of the hamlet is required! Thank you.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

"Between woods & grove" **** gîte with large garden

Do you want nature, countryside in a bucolic and warm setting? So welcome to the woods and bocage! 🌳🌳🌳 The house, with its cosy atmosphere, has a large garden on the edge of the forest with a beautiful panorama of the Nièvre bocage. For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) is included in the price and the beds are made on arrival. Gîte de l'orée du bois (Wood's Edge Cottage)

Cottage in the town of Montapas, at the gates of Morvan. At the edge of two ponds (swimming with MNS and fishing), you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Nature, hiking and cycling lovers will thrive. Nearby, Chatillon-en-Bazois will welcome you for its shops and its castle surrounded by the Nivernais Canal. 30 minutes from Morvan, with its lakes and rivers. For food lovers, you can visit the cellars of the Loire Valley in 45 minutes (Sancerre/Pouilly).

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Les Pêcheries – Charm and comfort in the Morvan

In the heart of Burgundy, in the Morvan Regional Park, our spacious house is the perfect place to meet with family or friends. It combines authenticity, charm and comfort in a green environment with guaranteed peace and quiet. With its large living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located at the gates of the village and bordered by 2 hectares of meadows, it has a large 4000 m² garden with terrace and orchard.
