Bringing your boat (fishing possible), launching right in front of the Marina, we have a dock adjacent to the land. Across the street the bike path allows you to make beautiful hiking on the water. At 1 km there is a snack with homemade products (bread, pastries, soft cream) At 10km the city of Alma offers all the services of a city.

This apartment is close to all sites and amenities. Entire ground floor, no stairs. Fiber optic Wi-Fi up to 500 MB/s. 5-minute walk to the river and a footbridge, located in the city center, close to restaurants and bars. There is no air conditioning but since the foundations are made of concrete, this accommodation stays cool during the summer.
