Welcome to our beautiful 2 story executive apartment located in uptown Fredericton. We are located on a quiet street, and just a couple of kilometers away from the highway, Tim Hortons, and a gas station. Downtown is only minutes away, and the shopping mall is only a 5 minute drive. We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. The living room and bedrooms bask in the sun!

Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.
