Probably the best development in Vera and the best apartment in the development. Renovated in 2022. Spectacular Panoramic Views Tomorrow's sun. Equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. Fiber. Bathroom rooms with shower plates instead of a bathtub and with windows that provide freshness in summer (you will use the air conditioning little). Very cozy terrace. Elevator. 2 outdoor pools and another heated deck with spa in Autumn/Winter. Tennis, Paddle, Paddle, Gardens, Covered Parking.

Ground floor apartment, completely renovated in 2020, very bright. Large bedroom with air conditioning, USB plugs and large built-in wardrobe. Full bathroom with large shower tray. Kitchen with all appliances, crockery, kitchenware, and toaster. Large living room with sofa bed and air conditioning. Parking for residents, and pedestrian access to the beach. Close to bars and restaurants and the natural park where you can walk or play sports.

APARTMENT WITH VIEWS Very bright, with beautiful and relaxing views. It is fully equipped, with nice decoration. Terrace with awnings. The apartment is in a quiet and well-kept residential area, perfect for resting. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Garrucha is very close Ideal for golf lovers; pure nature due to the proximity of our wonderful "Cabo de Gata Natural Park". Also ideal for long stays and teleworking.
