Loft holiday rentals in Almería

The unit was very clean and comfortable. During our stay in April, we were able to enjoy the beautiful, enclosed porch. This area has the sofas, kitchen and TV. During our stay the weather was a perfect temperature with wonderful windows and doors to allow cross-breezes from threes sides. We didn't need to use the air conditioning which is available in the enclosed porch and in the bedrooms. We ate outside on the terrace which is very spacious. Isabel is a very responsive host who lives downstairs, but someone who never intruded. There are two supermarkets within less than 5 minutes from the apartment. When we got to the unit we were so happy with everything that we extended our stay by an extra day to enjoy the apartment and the town. We look forward to returning again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout s'est très bien passé. Agustin est très réactif et sympathique. L'appartement est impeccable, très propre, la cuisine est bien équipée, les terrasses au top, dans un quartier résidentiel très joli et paisible à côté de la mer. Je recommande à 100% !

La verdad que es un mini paraíso. En nuestro caso , el colchón y almohadas muy blandos. También es cierto que no hemos dicho nada a los propietarios. La piscina genial, el sofá muy bonito, pero un poco incómodo 😂😂. No somos de repetir lugares donde hemos estado, pero si lo fuéramos , repetiríamos. Muy recomendable.

Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa de Javier. Es muy acogedora y está decorada con muchos pequeños y bonitos detalles que hacen que la sientas como tu hogar, una cocina que en contadas ocasiones uno se puede encontrar tan surtida y una terraza de ensueño. Ver salir el sol y disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas al mar fue un regalo todas las mañanas. Igualmente por la noche, con una temperatura perfecta y un ambiente muy especial que las luces y los farolillos ayudan a crear, no querías irte a cama nunca! El primer día nos costó un poco dar con la casa. Las calles de la zona son un poco laberinto, un poco estrechas y con muchísimos coches aparcados, aunque al tener parking no tuvimos problema. Si repetimos por la zona, nos encantará volver a tu casa y ya no me llevaré mis libros porque he visto cositas muy interesantes entre los tuyos! Coincido bastante con tus gustos :) Muchas gracias por todo.

The property is ideally located, especially if you love the beach. It's literally 2 minutes walk away. It's clean and tidy, and has the amenities you need. I think it would benefit from wifi, but it wasn't a huge problem for me as I had unlimited data on my phone contract. I can't comment on the local amenities as my friends were staying at the other end of the Playa Serena so I spent my time at their location. However, I have been to Roquetas de mar maybe 20 times, so I must like it there. If I come back, I'd certainly consider staying here again. It's great value for money.

el apartamento es bien ubicado con transportes cerca del mar para quien quiere ir a la playa o al centro de la ciudad. ademas es una zona muy tranquila. yo recomiendo

Bonito Loft, nuevo, con muy buenas vistas, cerca de la playa y con facilidad de aparcamiento en zonas próximas. Eficaz comunicación con el propietario y, sencillez en los protocolos de entrada y salida. Muy limpio y con todos los elementos necesarios para la estancia.

My mum and I spent 4 wonderful nights at Gino’s apartment. The apartment had everything you could need and more (iron, kettle, toaster, washing machine, cutlery etc). A huge thank you to both Lien and Gino for helping with check in, taxi bookings, as well as bus info, local sight recommendations as well as eateries! I will certainly miss having my breakfast (and an evening wine) on the delightful balcony. Perfect for two people who want sun, sea, sand, history and lots of places you can easily walk to. One thing to note if you do fancy exploring further afield it might be worth hiring a car if you are tight on time. Thanks again for making my mums 71st birthday present a rememberable one :) Hannah (and mum Chris)
