Relax in this unique and quiet place. Work from this stylish home, which is both avant-garde and traditional. I built it for myself, and now I'm sharing it with you. Whirlpool bath, hot tub, wood-burning stove, shower and all taps supplied by gas, plants, books and an avocado tree. Other trees, next to Tanguá Park, the Paulo Leminski Quarry and the Wire Opera House. Add good Wi‑Fi for meetings, a barbecue area, a Nespresso machine, and a twelve-real (£2.50) taxi ride to the city centre. We had a wonderful stay.

Two bedrooms, both with access to the pool, each with a double bed and a single bed. We have a large living room with a fireplace, where we have mattresses that can be set up for sleeping by the fireplace. A great place with plenty of space to enjoy yourselves. We have a lake for fishing at your leisure – we don't charge for the fish – a spacious swimming pool for everyone, and games. We provide firewood at our own expense! The house has an indoor fireplace, two wood-burning stoves, and a barbecue area.

The House is set in a large fenced area in the midst of nature. We offer trails for short hikes, which lead to a lake and a place with preserved forest and the song of many species. At the end of a sunny afternoon, it is possible to climb to the highest point and receive a magnificent SUNSET from nature. We are in a rural area, but 7 km from the Italian neighborhood of Santa Felicidade, where there are wineries, restaurants and various shops. We have a swimming pool, soccer field and parking.
