The House is set in a large fenced area in the midst of nature. We offer trails for short hikes, which lead to a lake and a place with preserved forest and the song of many species. At the end of a sunny afternoon, it is possible to climb to the highest point and receive a magnificent SUNSET from nature. We are in a rural area, but 7 km from the Italian neighborhood of Santa Felicidade, where there are wineries, restaurants and various shops. We have a swimming pool, soccer field and parking.

Balcony with Wi-Fi for those who need to work. Only 25 minutes from the Mueller Mall.

Beautiful country house with a large ballroom at Chácara Tia Juce in Almirante Tamandaré, with lots of green areas and araucaria trees, with an excellent location and easy access, close to several shops, located 2 km from the Cachoeira terminal and 15 km from downtown Curitiba. The house is for 14 people, but the guest can receive up to 65 visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to enjoy the entire space, ballroom and pool, with a value per visitor of R$35.00 per day.

Great location 1km Parque São Lourenco 8km Centro de Curitiba Near the Arame Opera House / Paulo Leminski Quarry / Tanguá Park / Eye Museum. We accept pets. Visitors only with prior authorisation at the time of booking.
