The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Our 'Villa Helios in Saint Basil Olive Grove' in Crete is located between the family-friendly seaside resort of Almyrida and the traditional Cretan village of Gavalochory which is only a few km inland at our private and fully gated estate. We have 4 villas available: the others being Angelos, Asteria and Selene, each with a private pool and gated to help with child safety.
