Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

A short distance from the house is Smitingen, one of Sweden's most beautiful seaside resorts, and with Härnösand, located at the start of the Höga Kusten World Heritage Site, just a few kilometres away, the location is perfect!

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Welcome, here you have a cheap accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Airfryer, Micro, hot plate, toaster, kettle etc There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My university on the way. Relax in this quiet accommodation beautifully located with nice views of the river Ljungan. Private jetty where you can take a morning dip. Two SUPs with life jackets are also available to borrow. Only about 1 km from Matfors center where there are shops, restaurants, etc. Large terraces and garden for relaxation. You can also fish directly from the jetty (a fishing licence is required if you are over 15 years old) Only 12 km to the wonderful river fishing in the lower Ljungan (Salmon, Sea trout, Sea trout, etc.)

Loft with ocean view

Unwind in this unique, seaside and quiet home. You live in your own loft with a large balcony with great sea view. Beach is 200m away and cliff bath about 500m. Private toilet is available in dwellings. There is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house. Välkommen till Toppstugan på natursköna Storholmen utanför Sundsvall/Alnö. Ön har rik natur och spännande historia som kustfästning. Tre stycken kanoner finns idag bevarade på ön. Stugan har tre rum och kök med storstuga, två sovrum och välutrustat kök. Utsikten är oslagbar med havsutsikt både mot norr och söder. Transport sker med egen båt eller bokad båttransport med oss. Pris: 300kr/person tur/retur Storholmen-Spikarna. Tid enligt överenskommelse med oss.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.
