Monthly Rentals in Alphington

We had a lovely stay at Clive's Place, the apartment was exactly as described and better! Excellent facilities, convenient location and just like the photos. I would highly recommend staying there, you should know though that noise travels from the flat above so light sleepers take earplugs. Overall a wonderful stay!

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

Cassy was brilliant. Met me at the door, showed me around and gave me some ideas of what there was to do locally. The flat is amazing, well equipped and spotlessly clean. I would love to come back when I’m working in Exeter again.

excellent place for a group of 6. Easy access to city centre by taxi, bus or a 50 minute walk (much of which was along the river). The place looks very like the pictures. Loads of crockery and glasses and excellent facilities for staying in. Excellent host who was very responsive and also gave some good local tips.
