5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.

A tower with an independent entrance through a private loggia offering panoramic views. On the first floor, there is a living room and a small pantry area (it is not a full kitchen) to store food and prepare a light meal or coffee. Climbing one flight of stairs leads to the second floor, which features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Attached to the bedroom is the shower cabin and bathroom. Note that there are also three flights of stairs from the parking area to the accommodation.

Cruelty-free, cosy and independent studio for a veg-friendly stay open to all. It has a private bathroom and kitchenette. Every detail is designed with respect for animals and the environment: no goose feathers and cleaning products not tested on animals. Breakfast is self-service: you will find tea, coffee, plant-based milk, yogurt, muesli, etc. and a selection of vegan products. This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.
