Beautiful lake house overlooking Tjeldsundet. Quiet surroundings with both hiking terrain and fishing opportunities just outside the house. Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

Here you can enjoy the silence, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky you can see porpoises (whales) and sperm whales, saithe and mackerel shoals. How about fishing your own dinner from the mountain or taking a fresh dip in the sea? The possibilities are many. Experience nature and amazing sunsets! In the fjord outside the house there are opportunities for good fishing from the jetty. The house is located close to the popular tourist destination Dronningruta and the fishing village Nyksund. It is also a good location as a base for exploring both Lofoten, Bø, Hadsel and Andøya.

The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.
