The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

The view

Here you can enjoy the silence, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky you can see porpoises (whales) and sperm whales, saithe and mackerel shoals. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.

Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.

Our panoramic apartment "Midnattsol" is 45m2 and offers accommodation out of the extra ordinary with all facilities included, and a fantastic view over the fjord and the mountains. The apartment is equipped for four persons, with sleeping accommodation for two persons in the double bedroom/ twin bedroom, and sleeping accommodation for two persons in the living room on bed/guest bed.
