Bienvenu au Playras ! Venez vous ressourcer dans ce minuscule hameau, petit coin de paradis perché à 1100 m d altitude, orienté plein sud. Vue imprenable sur la chaîne frontalière espagnole. Ce hameau est composé d une quinzaines de granges anciennes toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, lui donnant un charme indéfinissable ! Le GR de Pays (tour du Biros) passe devant notre maison. Chalet amplio ideal para disfrutar de unos días en familia o entre amigos, ubicada en el centro del núcleo urbano de el Port del Comte, a tan solo 5 minutos en coche de las pistas de esquí. La casa se encuentra a tan solo 5 minutos a pie del restaurante-spa L'Avet, y a 20 minutos en coche de Sant Llorenç de Morunys o La Coma, donde poder hacer la compra, tomar algo en una terraza o pasear por sus calles antiguas.

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

IMPORTANT: Veillez à me contacter avant d'effectuer ou de confirmer toute réservation. Concernant l'accès, la maison se trouve au bout d'une piste de 7 km. Les 5 premiers km sont carrossables, et les 2 derniers km sont non carrossables. Il vous faudra donc marcher les 2 derniers km, soit environ 40 mn. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture en toute sécurité dans une clairière.
