From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. completely renovated upper floor of an old farmhouse in a magnificent landscape. 2 bedrooms and a modern kitchen, private bathroom with large shower and bath tub, living room with hifi, TV and Video, Wifi Sunny terrasse and a garden with barbecue. Bikegarage and pingpong table! We have a very friendly dog, Karla. She is used to guests and most likely will welcome you when you arrive!!
