Totally 48 sqm split on lower floor with hall, master bedroom and bathroom, upper floor with living room, fully equipped kitchen and small bedroom with bunk bed. Sliding doors to balcony & terrace. Close to Tyresö castle & Tyresta National Park. Stockholm city only 21 km. Good public transportation.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Bad i poolen enligt ö.k. Men det är också nära till flera badsjöar varav den ena 100 m från huset (sandstrand & bryggor). Specifikt utformat för att passa paret med aktiva intressen som önskar ett romantiskt retreat på tu man hand, endast ca 30 min från Stockholm. Det här är paradiset på riktigt! Låna SUP:en, vandra längs Värmdöleden eller gå till Strömma kanal och se båtarna passera förbi. Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.
