We are only a quick hour drive from the international Milan airport. Once you arrive, you have walking access to the wonderful sights of the quaint village we live in steps away from the local vineyards. You also have easy access to world renowned food and wine destinations in the Piedmont region: Asti, Barolo, and Alba - to name a few!

The Good Life

Totally green and eco-sustainable house with breathtaking views of the Monferrato hills. Garden with space for outdoor lunches and dinners and a heated hydromassage tub to enjoy a completely relaxing experience (free from 1 Apr to 30 Sept, for a fee from 1 Oct to 31 Mar). Country-modern furnishings in an air-conditioned environment. You are surrounded by greenery, but only 10 minutes from the Asti Est toll booth. Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box for a fee.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

Winery Cascina Intersenga - Entire estate

The entire estate is at your exclusive disposal. We offer a carefree stay in the midst of our organically cultivated vineyards and olive groves. 5 rooms have their own kitchen and bathroom as well as living room and bathroom. Rooms 6 and 7 have their own bathroom, but no kitchen. The main kitchen is connected to a dining room and a dining area under our portico. Car parking and WLAN are of course also available. The pool is reserved just for you.

The house has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, both are heated and can therefore also be used in winter.
