The apartment is on the ground floor of the family country house and is accessible to people with limited mobility. The apartment is 35 m2, with a double bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for two additional people. The washing machine and laundry space are external and available for guests to use. From the apartment you can see the vineyard, the cellar and the typical view of the Marche hills: the countryside, the sea and the medieval villages.

It is about 200 meters from the beach, a stone's throw from the bus stop (also with national routes) and 500 meters from the train station and the highway entrance.
