Holiday rentals with beach access in Altidona

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

Practically new apartment equipped with all the comforts, right on the beach with spectacular sunrises. In the kitchen some necessary things were missing such as oil and salt; We managed, but I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided them. I would recommend it

The rooms are impeccable as cleanliness and decor, the kindness of the owners in really EVERYTHING is priceless. The possibility of a glass of wine or a herbal tea in the Jacuzzi while you see the sun setting between the mountains and the sea, do you really need to talk about something else? And if you need to, I'll add that following the recommendations of the hosts a few kilometers away you will eat very well, or take something and cook it in the rented space... Everything is very nice. Everything is highly recommended.

Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it. Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, newly built, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything. Very clean and fragrant apartment. Friendly and helpful host, responsive in communications. The complex where the apartment is located is very nice, practically facing the sea and within walking distance of the center. We used and enjoyed the outdoor patio very much. We had a great time and if we get the chance we'll definitely be back. The only thing is that the bedroom window overlooks a passage porch and despite the heavy curtains that the host has installed to reduce noise, you can still hear it a lot. For us it was not a problem because having stayed out of season there were very few people and therefore after 11 pm no one passed by. I recommend considering this aspect, perhaps in the summer season, especially if you suffer from light sleep or have young children.
