Apartment is good, we had some issue with check in but owner reacted fast end quickly fixed it so we were happy about his good communication.

An idyllic place, a wonderful old house with lots of charm, a cozy apartment and two very warm hosts. Simply wonderful. I will definitely be back.

A wonderful apartment that has everything you need to feel comfortable! A large balcony for any time of day, loving and well thought out amenities, a quiet neighborhood, the forest and the Ilmenau right outside the door and especially Kerstin and Karsten who are great hosts! My colleague and I were in Magdeburg for work for a week and this was the ideal place to stay. 5 mins walk from tram stop (just a couple of stops from the main train station) so easy to get around. A supermarket close by right next to the tram stop so easy to pick up what we needed. Apartment was spotlessly clean and kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook and prepare meals. Tobias was very communicative, giving helpful instructions and being very responsive. When I had an issue with the curtain rail in my room when we first arrived he responses immediately and got it fixed the very next morning. It is a very comfortable apartment and would highly recommend it.

We have been a group of 5 girls for one night in Brunswick. Kim shared all the necessary information in advance via message. No questions were left open. The place was great: clean, tidy, tastefully decorated! I have rarely experienced such good amenities, whether it is the kitchen, the bathroom or the entire apartment. Kim has thought of everything. Also a high chair, stool in the bathroom, washing machine and dryer make the accommodation very attractive for a family. There are small snacks in the form of sweets and drinks waiting for the tenants and Kim provides consumables for all the basic needs. Tampons, toothbrushes for the forgetful,... just great! Keep it up and thank you so much for hosting! We highly recommend Kim's place.

Have a nice get away A modern and tasteful little apartment was waiting for us on arrival. We were absolutely delighted with the first moment. Everything was clean and sufficiently equipped. We felt very comfortable. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The proximity to downtown is fantastic. On "outside noises" we have noticed the summer of the house entrance door as well as passing cars or Bimmelbahn. But these are not reasons for us not to book "Ritter Ramm" again. Thank you for this wonderful break!

The accommodation was in a great location, we were on site for the marathon and were at the start by train in 45 minutes, in addition you could walk very nicely during the forest and in general it invited you to relax. the herbs in the herb garden and the super equipped kitchen, especially the oven, invited you to create dream valleys. Our car could be charged via a wallbox with 11kw, either directly through the solar current of the photovoltaic system or directly via a variable electricity tariff. Thanks to Manja and her family for this great place, we were super excited!

Nice place and Till was very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Clean and kitchen is stocked with everything 1-2 people need in terms of cookware, cutlery, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing location within short driving distance of many good hiking paths in the Harz. We had a relaxing time with 10 adults and 4 toddlers on Alfred's extensive property. The condition of the house was very good and clean. The surrounding area invites you to explore. The cabin is located in a hunting ground and adjacent branches on the property are occasionally used by the hunters for the further processing of the game. For larger groups who are looking for peace in nature definitely recommended.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was really spacious (even more than we thought based off the pictures) and clean. Everything we needed was there, they even thought about the little things like Tupperware. Would definitely recommend! And from Goslar you could easily access the hiking trails in the national park.

We stayed in Klaus' and Susanne's house for 6 months and felt completely comfortable and 'at home'. Living and sleeping area are well separated from each other. The study (or third bedroom) is wonderfully light during the day. We especially enjoyed staying in the huge living room, from which you have a wonderful view of the ingrown garden.

It was very cozy and we had everything we needed. The location was great, close to a lake with playground, supermarkets nearby and plenty of bus connections to the city. Sincere thanks for the wonderful time in your home.

We can only underline the very good reviews (including the tongue-in-cheek reference to the "interesting switch assignment"😉). The contact with our hosts was impeccable (thank you for that!), the check-in was easy, the pictures of the modern and newly renovated apartment correspond to reality, the location is ideal due to the very good connection to public transport and the nearby shops if you want to go to Hamburg easily (approx. 1 hour by bus) and want to take care of yourself. However, the bed is comparatively narrow ("queen size," i.e. 140 cm). We were there "between the years," and during this time everything was quiet. However, the apartment is located directly above a painting company. We cannot judge whether and to what extent this is an impairment. Small note: The address led us astray every time we navigated via Google Maps. It is helpful to specify the supermarket opposite.
