Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. Spacious 2nd floor apartment with private entrance, full kitchen, living room and screened in porch in quiet, safe neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, and one block to Lake Winnisquam. More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. There is a $15.00 charge per night for each extra guest.
