In 2021 it was completely renovated and now has a spacious bathroom with natural light, a bedroom with good storage and an open-plan living room and kitchen with direct access to the garden, barbecue and pool. Alagoa beach, Altura's main beach, is just 900 metres away, about 5 minutes on foot. The Altura Market, the supermarkets Pingo Doce, Aldi and Intermarché and several terraces are about 3 minutes walk away.
