Het gebouw is gelegen in Alveringem (Sint-Rijkers). Een prachtige gemeente in het midden van de Westhoek. Het is er een waar paradijs voor fietsers, wandelaars … Er zijn ook tal van goeie restaurants en cafe’s in de buurt om te genieten van een lekkere hap of lekker streekbiertje of picon.

Le Bon Coin est une maison plain pied, située juste à coté d'une réserve naturelle, toute récemment rénovée dans un style industriel, avec des poutrelles apparentes.
