We are renting out a lovingly renovated, fantastic apartment with a large roof terrace. The apartment extends over the entire attic of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Surrounded by nature, away from the big tourist areas and yet only 10 km from the Baltic Sea and 15 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

Ferienwohnung am Ostseekino

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Cabin very close to Salzhaff beach

The cabin has a small kitchen with a double-burner stove, sink, kettle and toaster. Dishes and cookware is sufficiently available. The small bathroom consists of a shower, toilette and sink. A small hair dryer is also available. On a gallery accessible by a ladder, you will find the approx. 1.50 m wide and just under 2 m long sleeping space with a simple mattress. The old corner couch below folds open and offers a sleeping area of approx. 1.20 m to about 2 m.

Far from mass tourism located in Pepelow am Salzhaff. Nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts, families with children or just peace seekers will find the perfect holiday accommodation here. The family-friendly semi-detached house, built in 2020, offers everything you want for a cozy vacation The bike path from Wismar to Rerik leads directly through Pepelow. Surfing, kiting biking, fishing, or a hike on the Salzhaff are popular activities.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. We are renting out an inviting studio apartment overlooking the Baltic Sea right on the Salzhaff in Boiensdorf. It is ideal for two people. The apartment is located in the magnificent farmhouse on the 2nd floor. It is about 40 square meters and has a small hallway in the entrance area, a bathroom with shower, an open living-sleeping area and a balcony, about 8 square meters.
