Very well located house 15 minutes from Bordeaux 30 minutes from Saint Emilion, 25 minutes from Blaye and one hour from the first beaches: Cap ferret Arcachon , Lacanau, Le Porge etc... Gastronomy is the main word of our Region: Bordeaux entrecôte, oysters, white wine and red wine. We are close to the A10 motorway, Bus 200m away, Station 1km. We have made for your enjoyment a private multi-sport field: badminton (with loan of snowshoes and flying) and pétanque with a loan of balls.
