Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Stunning views of the countryside and the Monts du Forez… Gite located on a plot of 1 hectare, surrounded by animals: cows, donkeys, sheep, goats. “Gite des Contes Amerindiens” with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room of 50 m2, a beautiful wooden terrace and a large garden. The mill and its dwelling house are located on a 3000 m² enclosed plot on the edge of a secure headrace. The mill is stopped, replaced by hydroelectric and solar production activity. A true haven of peace in the middle of nature without any neighbors, 10 minutes from Roanne, the large enclosed property allows you to fully enjoy the nature and calm that reigns in this place. This home is ideal for families or groups of friends, or simply to recharge your batteries.

Independent and not adjoining house of 40m2 in our large enclosed and wooded garden, in a quiet area . On one level, it consists of a bedroom with double bed and baby bed if necessary, a living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen equipped. In summer, during the day, access to the swimming pool of the owners house next door. ( swimming pool not private for tenants to share but it is large, 6m X12m) 30% discount for curists

We leave you our huge games room (still under construction but so beautiful) in which you can find billiards, foosball, darts and lounge. Quiet, the river at the end of the road and beautiful hikes to do. the change of scenery is total!

In a quiet setting conducive to relaxation, 3*** cottage on the ground floor in a renovated farmhouse (left side in photo). 100% pleasure 0 stress: the cleaning package includes the supply of sheets and beds made on your arrival, linens, towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Please read "Additional Rules" in the House Rules before booking. We will be forced to refuse access to the cottage if the "pet" rules are not respected on arrival.
