This is a Lower Ground Floor , ie it is a basement , with 4 ft above ground and 5 ft below . In all , there's about 1000 sq.ft. !!! There are 2 living areas ... a kitchen with dining area and then there is the bedroom . The bedroom has 1 double bed ( 6 ft by 6 ) & a single bed (larger than usual) The dining area has a fridge , toaster, 4 burner gas stove (spices, cooking oil, tea, sugar etc) and a sink . There's a full bathroom with a shower and geyser .

Location very serene, against the backdrop of a huge forest with a lake,peacocks,rabbits, deer presenting nature at its best. Aesthetically furnished A/C Room, attached bath & balcony, 2 minutes from market, 8 minutes from Metro. On First Floor with around 20 steps to walk upto. Breakfast is available on order and is chargeable. Laundry of clothes in the washing machine is on chargeable basis.
