Everything for your family is at your fingertips at this centrally-located accommodation. Close to the city center of Utrecht and yet quietly located. Train station and bus stop right around the corner from the train station. The house has a living room/kitchen and the utility room has washing machine, dryer and freezer. The toilet is located in the hall. Upstairs are the bathroom with shower and toilet plus three bedrooms. 2 with a single bed and in the attic a bedroom with double bed. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

You will share the front door and stairwell with our family. Up two flights of stairs and there you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you have an open kitchen, living room and beautiful roof terrace at your disposal. You can close your own space through a sliding door.

We warmly welcome you to our nice summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

Enjoy this nice house with lovely south facing deep garden. 4 separate bedrooms, lovely sofa , nice dining table, new kitchen. You can watch TV via a projector. The house is less than 10 min. bikes from Centraal Station Amersfoort. Amersfoort is a nice city with museums, picturesque streets, cozy market on Fridays and Saturdays. We are in Amersfoort-Zuid, near estate den Treek and the Utrecht ridge. Ideal places to enjoy nature!
